“Blessings All! A few weeks ago I had the awesome opportunity to visit the Motherland of all motherlands, Africa, courtesy of Brother Jay English and his Honors English of HonorsYoga 3rd Eye Yoga retreat in Egypt. Words can not truly describe the feelings of being "welcomed back home" by many of the Egyptians we met, talked to, and broke bread with.
Being able to see that many of the people portrayed in the hieroglyphics looked like me and many more with deeply melanated skin just felt right. I was told by several energy healers that I had been there before which resonated with me to the depths of my core. The energy over there hit different, for sure. We visited the pyramids, temples, rode camels, and got the chance to meditate in sacred spaces, plus a whole lot more. I've got maaaddd pics and videos.
