Awakening Kundalini
This is an 7-week interactive advanced meditation course, that will explore how to systematically awaken the energy of kundalini. By using advanced breathing techniques, mantras, meditations and yoga postures we will learn how to awaken kundalini, maintain the energy within your system and guide it to your 3rd eye.
We will place special focus on clearing the blockages in the central channel (sushumna), balancing the spiritual nervous system (ida, pingala) and purifying the chakras (earth chakra to the 3rd eye). The impact of the spiritual cultivation done in this course will be intense inner purification.
The awakening of kundalini starts the dawn of a new spiritual consciousness that will ultimately lead the aspirant to expanded awareness, super-consciousness and enlightenment.
