Foundations of Meditation
This is our level 1 online meditation course. Its great for beginners and useful for people with a lot of experience practicing meditation.
This class will cover tons of meditation techniques, and explore diet and its impacts on your spiritual progress. We will cover how to process emotions and reduce stress, how to strengthen the will power in order to accomplish your goals, how to embrace compassion/love, how to access inner peace and joy, and how to live from a meditative state of awareness throughout your daily life.
Course goals
-establish a daily meditative discipline
-explore the layers of spirit and the chakras
-detoxification through diet and letting go of old emotions
-awakening the will power
-letting go of bad habits and create useful ones
