Understanding Emotional Regulation
The goal of this 5 week course is to bring people to a better understanding of what the true purpose of emotions are and how to better manage them. Through the lens of self mastery we are able to better understand ourselves which allows us to better relate to the world around us. With tools such as shadow work and healthy communication techniques we are able to not only pinpoint the root challenges but discover how to express them in a way that is elevated in our personal connections.
This class is for anyone who feels out of control of their emotions.
If you experience uncontrollable outbursts of negative emotion (rage, sadness, fear etc)
Anyone dealing with anxiety
Anyone who engages in unnecessary violent behavior
If you have difficulties with conflict resolution or communication
This class is for those desiring a deeper connection to themselves and their inner operations.
Anyone looking to develop more positive and constructive ways of responding to “good” and “bad” stimuli in our world.
This is a 5 week course broken up into 5 core topics

Shadow work
Emotional management strategies.
Participants can enroll at anytime. Next live class begins October, 12th 2023
Class will be held live once a week on Thursdays at 9pm. All classes are recorded so you can view them whenever it best fits your schedule.
Each class will come with a breakdown and a discussion of one of the topics followed by a weekly assignment(s) tied to our group discussion

Peace family! My name is Elicia Walls and I am an Honors Yoga certified kundalini energy worker, a reiki practitioner, an emotional management teacher, a holistic wellness business owner, and a friend to all. I began my journey back to self in 2018 when I was first introduced to the concept of the law of attraction. From there I have since studied various self healing modalities in efforts to heal myself and my loved ones. My goal in life is to use my wisdom and personal experiences to inspire and guide others on their path to deep self understanding.
